The aggravation of the situation in the Crimea, drones, shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, mutual accusations of Russia and Ukraine, the Russian Federation and the United States made us again turn to a man who predicted a lot that once seemed too exaggerated, but unfortunately, yesterday it did happened, today it is happening and as our experience suggests, tomorrow it will happen. Arbak Khachatryan is a person who sees the future, and who needs to be heard.
- Mr. Khachatryan, today one of the most discussed topics was the speech of the Russian leader about the struggle against the dollar currency and his appeal to the security officials about the need to create a multipolar world, while you talked about this 20-15 years ago.
- I think this is not the best audience to address this topic, but the fact itself is encouraging. It's no secret that the United States is a bridgehead for a unipolar world. America is the only country that is the main donor or sponsor, if you can call it that way, of all international organizations, from the United Nations, the Strasbourg Court, NATO to the International Committee of the Red Cross.
Can you imagine what will happen if internal political turbulence begins in this country, or in the worst scenario, a civil war? American exclusive immunity cracks. No one expected that searches would take place even in the house of the ex-president and his associates. I don't know what happened to the West, that all values have been so distorted there. I think that's the most dangerous thing for humanity. Imagine a primary school student decides his or her own gender. Even parents don't have the right to intervene, or they'll be brought to justice. Children sue their parents, parents sue their children and how to restore values when a person himself went against nature, against his national roots. I came to Armenia and saw men on the streets with long, curled and dyed beards, which I cannot quite understand. In our time, only those who did not have a razor or have sensitive skin did not shave, there were also representatives of other faiths. Today, women shave everything and wherever it is possible and impossible, while men walk around with curled and colored beards on their faces. Apparently the law of physics works - if it goes away in one place, then in another it comes up. By the way, recently I listened to an interview with the head of the WHO, who asked the homosexuals to refrain from having sex because of monkeypox, because most of all this disease affects the homosexuals. They even have their own exclusive disease. Maybe this monkeypox will save us from them?
- In interviews with Russian media, you always said and predicted, when even Trump was still a candidate, that he would be the last president of strong America, do you still think so?
- Well, a huckster can never become a strategist. He only sees the benefit of his people, not the political-strategic influence of the country. For him, the main value is money and property, so the United States has lost its influence and the multipolar world is becoming a reality. If earlier the world centers changed more easily, for example, Rome to Spain, Portugal, France to England, then America became a world power, now this process is quite difficult. After all, thousands of years ago, countries did not possess nuclear arsenals, those deadly weapons that could destroy the entire planet.
- How to stop the Ukrainian operation and the nuclear threat hanging over all of humanity?
- A reasonable person has always had a privilege to predict, to stop any danger. This person could be the leader of a country, who enjoys the authority not only of his people, but also of the world. But these creatures over the past 100 years have ensured that only money and financial centers have become an authority and a powerful force. They have not only sanctions’ mechanisms, but also a huge nuclear arsenal, so they will not surrender their power. This is a deadlock for humanity. It is a stalemate for humanity. It turned out that Russia became the central country that led the struggle against the unipolar world. Why? Because Russia will never accept either the distorted values of the West or their vassal conditions. So, the Pandora's Box is already open.
- But then why did the whole world turn against Russia? After all, mind should win.
- I recently spoke with a friend of mine who asked me a question: "How is it that Russia, together with NATO Turkey, exports grain, coal, oil, and the main NATO country receives and gives the Russian Federation money, and the rest of the NATO countries give everything to Ukraine?" It means that it is beneficial for someone to make Erdogan a "good guy".
- We see that Putin and Erdogan are jointly resolving many issues, including in Armenia, which, for you, is a personal topic.
- I will not touch on the current situation, but I will try to connect the Turkish syndrome with Ukraine. About 100 years ago, the Armenian Genocide took place, which was recognized by more than 50 countries of the world. I have my own opinion on this matter. Erdogan does not recognize it and claims that the Armenian population died during the war. Let's say this is true. It turns out that two major powers, Russia and Turkey, are in war. Turkey, under the patronage of Great Britain and Germany, killed more than 1 million Armenians who did not declare any war on Turkey and at the same time were its citizens. If at one time this question was raised from a different angle and the leadership of Turkey, Germany and England were recognized as international criminals against humanity, who, by using war, destroyed a small nation, today these sponsors would not stand behind Ukraine so that two Slavic peoples would kill each other.
- How to have a multipolar world with less loss?
- That's the hardest part. First, it is necessary to stop the march of mankind against nature. Man's depravity destroys everything in its path. I don't even know how to do it, but this depravity must be eradicated, human values must be returned. Otherwise, humanity will receive various shocks in the form of earthquakes, forest fires, pandemics, wars, an atomic explosion, and at the end a larger gift in the form of a meteorite may arrive.
Second, there is a great danger of nuclear war today. World domination is slipping away from the hands of financiers, the world elite. Today, America, through the hands of Ukraine, is provoking Russia to be the first to use nuclear warheads. Only a nuclear explosion will allow world leaders to sit down at the negotiating table, as it was after World War II. Atomic bombs were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki to demonstrate its power. The whole world then realized that it was better not to mess with America because it had the deadliest weapons on earth. In today's reality, I don't think it will be possible to do without a pinpoint strike, otherwise it would be impossible to displace the world centers. Therefore, I am tired of diplomatic games. Today everyone trades with Russia. It can give gasoline, gas, oil, grain a little cheaper to some, donate or give debt to others. But the fact is that it is all deception on the part of these states and the problem is in the financial banking system, which is entirely Western and dependent on international banks, the US Federal Reserve System. Whenever these countries are pressured, they will hand over Russia. Even such a nullity as the current Armenian government, which has the Russian security, in the event of imposing sanctions or the closure of local banks, will be sold without shame.
So, in general, the entire world financial system has been set up. Multipolarity is possible only with a variety of alternative currencies. And today there are already states that can openly and undoubtedly say together with Russia: "We did not care about your dollar, about your world banking system". My proposal is as follows: if an agreement is concluded between Russia and any state, not at the expense of another country, then Russia should warn everyone not to interfere with the implementation of these agreements. If there is a state that will put obstacles, create logistical problems, interfere with the transportation of goods, etc., Russia will have the right to neutralize this state up to the use of more dangerous weapons. We should accept that no one will personally give up their domination and the loot, and this is the way to destroy humanity. Everything must be done to force the strongest of this world to sit down at the negotiating table, without creating any blocs and alliances, because it is up to them to take full responsibility for the security of all mankind and finally, leaders with human qualities must sit at the negotiating table and not systems that are programmed only for personal gain.
